Description
The Unitree Z1 Gripper with Intel RealSense D435i combines the precision manipulation capabilities of the standard Z1 gripper with integrated depth sensing for vision assisted robotics workflows. Designed for the Unitree Z1 robotic arm, this configuration enables robots to detect, identify, and grasp objects using real world depth data, making it ideal for AI vision development, robotics research, automation experiments, and advanced manipulation tasks.
Its parallel two finger design delivers strong and responsive gripping performance while preserving the agility and precision of the Z1 platform. With up to 200N of gripping force at the jaw base and 150N at the fingertips, a 90° opening range, and a rapid 0.5 second actuation speed, the gripper is well suited for pick and place operations and advanced robotic manipulation workflows. RS485 communication allows seamless integration with the Z1 control system while the RealSense D435i provides reliable depth perception for long range object recognition and positioning.
The integrated Intel RealSense D435i depth camera enables accurate distance sensing and object detection at ranges of approximately 0.3 m to 3 m, allowing developers to build perception driven robotics systems that can identify, locate, and interact with objects in dynamic environments.
