Description
The Unitree Z1 Gripper with Intel RealSense D405 combines the precision manipulation capabilities of the standard Z1 gripper with integrated depth sensing optimized for close range robotic vision. Designed for the Unitree Z1 robotic arm, this configuration enables robots to detect, identify, and grasp objects at short distances with high accuracy, making it ideal for precision manipulation, robotics research, automation development, and advanced AI perception workflows.
Its parallel two finger design delivers strong and responsive gripping performance while preserving the agility and precision of the Z1 platform. With up to 200N of gripping force at the jaw base and 150N at the fingertips, a 90° opening range, and a rapid 0.5 second actuation speed, the gripper is well suited for pick and place operations and advanced robotic manipulation workflows. RS485 communication allows seamless integration with the Z1 control system while the RealSense D405 provides high accuracy depth sensing for close range object recognition and positioning.
The integrated Intel RealSense D405 depth camera enables precise proximity sensing and object detection at distances of approximately 7 cm to 50 cm, making it particularly effective for robotics applications that require detailed close range perception and manipulation.
